This December marked my 2nd year visiting 8 and 9 in Miami for Art Basel. Folks who came out to our events got to see new masks first hand, including the Toro IV “Bulls” gas mask (unreleased), Lebron X “Cork” gas mask, Lebron 11 “King’s Pride” gas mask (unreleased) and the Lebron X “Christmas” gas mask.

The Lebron X “Christmas” mask is the last official mask release of 2013. Every 1st & 15th I’ve released photos of new artwork on FREEHANDPROFIT.com.

This pair was chopped live at SneakerCon Miami back in June. The mask was made for @monster0352 who donated the USMC Combat Boots I used to make a mask that was auctioned off to benefit the Wounded Warriors Project.

One of my favorite things about visiting Miami is being able to work with the 8 & 9 family in person. Working with @smithographyart was a prime example of this. I highly recommend checking out his work, the man has a killer eye and was a huge help in making sure I got the shots I was looking for and even taught me a few things. Special thanks to @themikejames for modeling the mask in his “Christmas” Lebron Xs as well as @monster0352Β who modeled his mask in his “Jade” Lebron Xs.

Being that this is the last official release of the year and I still have plenty of new masks that you’ve never seen – I have a question for my friends, family, fans, supporters, followers and readers. Would you like to see me continue the 1st & 15th mask releases in 2014? Or would you like to see a more “in the moment” schedule where I release photos of the masks once they’re complete. That could mean some months may see many mask releases, others may be quiet. It would also allow for more behind the scenes and “in process” photos to be posted via @freehandprofit on IG/Twitter/Facebook. Take your vote in the poll below and as always thanks for your support!
