Gorgonzola? More like MOREgonzola!

July 25, 2010 – Vegetarian Pizza Gas Mask

I’m a meat loving S.O.B but sometimes you gotta switch it up and see how the other half lives.  If you have a hankering for something a little different I strongly suggest giving this pizza a try.  I bought a frozen pizza made by California Pizza Kitchen (their White Pizza is my favorite with spinach and feta cheese).  I topped it off with some fresh spinach, vegetarian sausage, minced garlic and here’s the key ingredient to make this an unbelievable taste explosion – gorgonzola.  I went a little heavy on the gorgonzola but hey, I’m a cheese head.  I’m not saying it will replace your love for a classic pepperoni pizza but it was a smash hit in my book.  And of course the best part of customizing a pizza is you choose how much of each topping to put on there!

    Sorry but I think I would have to be really hungry to even try it. It needs some mushrooms!
